Request Account Deletion

CampTrack Account & Data Deletion

CampTrack accounts are managed by each participating camp.

To request deletion of your account and associated data:

1. Contact your camp administrator.
2. Or email [email protected] with:
   • Your name
   • Your camp
   • Your username (if known)

Once your identity has been verified, your account will be deleted.

What is deleted?

• Staff account
• Login credentials
• Active sessions

What may be retained?

Some attendance history and audit log records may be retained for legitimate administrative, security, or legal purposes. These records are retained only as necessary and are not used for advertising or marketing.
